Day 6 of 21 - Challenge day - April 1st. The new year.
Far surpassed my goal of 1000 squats y finishing off with 1512!! Pushed myself to double my final number from the last squat challenge and the last 212 were really tough but I'm so proud I was able to do it!! Ready for bed. Finished off with a lower body deep stretch and my journal. (And yes I did water squats lol) Only 100 though, it was tough with the bottom being so uneven and the water shallow lol
