@Luis Garibay yes I know how voice ai works with an Assistable number but what happens when my workflow sends a text to the customer (which will be from the a2p number) and the customer texts back? What number does the Assistant use to reply and text back to the customer from?
Trying to follow this... I want the Ai assistant to be able to text (respond to customer texts) - so I have to have ghl transfer my LC number that is a2p verified into twilio? Or how do I get the ai assistant to respond to voice AND text?

@Colin Wall thx. Do you use chat widgets on websites? What solution do you use for that? Assistable used to have one but now it's gone, so not sure if I need to use GHL for that and create a separate ai assistant for it.
