Wake up look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself "I am , I can and I will". I am able to do this, I can do this, I will do this! We are our own best motivators

Healthy coping with stress
I have a question for the group. How does one cope with stress in a healthy manner when we weren't taught by a healthy role model or didn't have healthy role models growing up?

Go without me
I need to separate myself from the horrible things being done to me on social media...I'm shocked and appalled at the hateful audacity being heaped upon me by literally everyone. What does it do for all of you to hate me so much? I've never wished harm on anyone here. It's not worth the outcome in my book. You want to talk mindset..try 10 minutes with my dilemmas

Maybe I social media cleanse would do you some good. Delete all the hateful people and stay off your social media for awhile. Its much easier for people to be hateful on the internet rather than in person because they don't have to look you in the face while spewing foul things at you.
