SOTD: Louis Vuitton - Imagination
It’s fresh, it’s clean, it’s mass appealing! Wore it to town and to the gym while I’m out here in Oregon. Brought a bunch of little 5ml’s with me. Solid performance, good projection. Worth the cost? That’s for each individual to decide.

not to ruin the mood but i don't really get the hype and it makes me nauseous with the neroli note. while I enjoy the neroli note in Neroli Nasimba, some combination of notes in imagination doesnt add up to me...but hey im glad you like it

Resetting with Terre d’Hermès
Frustrating start to the day, but I’m turning it around. First wear of Terre d’Hermès — light at first, but that citrus, vetiver, and pepper combo keeps it grounded and interesting. On my wrist: Citizen Star Wars Darth Vader Eco-Drive. Heading out for Mexican food with a friend, and letting the earthy citrus calm me down while Vader deals with the problems.

Favorite rainy day fragrances
This week in Denver has been unusually cloudy, wet and cool, so I've had the opportunity to brandish some deeper fragrances. Blu noir from Narciso Rodriguez gas been my rainy day go to. On a completely different spectrum, Terre D'Hermes pardon smells fantastic in the rain. Today I'm trying out Valentino yellow dream. Not what I expected, but I like it. I thought it'd be fruitier but this will be a nice wear for early fall. Either way, I was wondering what your go to scents are for rainy days? If you have any such designations that is..

SOTD Outlands by Amouage
I purchased Outlands last December during the initial release and fell in love with its complexity. The composition includes over 20 notes as it opens with citrus, led by a zesty lemon. It thickens with the emergence of patchouli. It dries down dominated by an amber accord with balsams and resins. - Top Notes: Cardamom, Bergamot, Lemon, Sichuan Pepper, Elemi, Frankincense - Heart Notes: Patchouli, Rose, Orange Blossom, Cumin, Geranium, Davana, Saffron, Anise, Coriander - Base Notes: Benzoin, Labdanum, Amber, Ambergris, Frankincense, Opoponax, Vanilla, Birch, Musks, and Oud The last time that I wore Outlands, I couldn't figure out why I was still smelling it in my bedroom a week later. I realized that the fragrance was still pushing off the shirt that I wore that week. The amazing thing is that I didn't spray it shirt. It transferred off my skin, admittedly, though, I can be a heavy sprayer. I enjoy the quality and uniqueness of this fragrance; however, its use is best limited to cooler weather. This is now hard to find in the US, although Neiman's appears to have solid stock. Pretty expensive, it does not qualify as a safe blind buy. @Lon Chaneyfield - congratulations, you inspired my SOTD.
