Is there any workaround when a user reply’s in 2 Messages. That the Bot is only responding once?

Is it possible to use the Claude API aswell?

We’ve been using our own API key since yesterday and everything has been working fine. However, I just ran into an issue where no responses were generated anymore because my rate limit was reached. I recharged $100 and it’s working again now. Auto-recharge was always enabled and before manuell recharge there was still 20$ Budget left. Is there a solution to prevent this from happening again? We’re getting 40–100 new chats per hour at some of our sub-accounts.
