. I am not one that is big on a point system or leader board however I would like to thank everyone and show gratitude to RMRS I hope I bring value to the community, and have helped a few people along the way. I know a lot of you have helped me and become good friends. I really appreciate what you all bring to my life, and grateful for the amazing connections I have made.

Well done. Your kind words and suggestions are always appreciated.
Getting in shape.
Somehow I never believed I could be "that guy," the one with an athletic muscular physique. But after committing to working out and eating better last year, I attended a conference this past weekend where I received many compliments about my changed appearance from people who had seen me at the same conference the year earlier. While it was very nice to receive compliments, I must say I am also also thrilled at how much better I feel! Good health, gentlemen, is so valuable. Good luck and wishes of great success to everyone on that journey!

Keep it up. You'll feel and look better at next year's conference.
Hat or No Hat ?
Hey Gentleman, need your help. I do door to door sales (yes , I knock doors , the pay is fantastic). My question is this hat appropriate? In the sun for 2 to 3 a day. Any hat suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks gents.

@Justin Bailey I'm noticing more gentleman with hats. No baseball caps for me.
Confidence: Positivity & Posture
Any tips? As a young man of slender build and 5'11" height, I often find myself stoop shouldered a bit, definitely not standing straight like I should. I think about it less during the fall and winter months when wearing jackets or layers helps bulk my shape a little; and a lot more in the spring and summer when dressed light, so in public I sometimes feel a bit self-conscious with such a slender physique. I have found that well fitting clothing is a confidence booster. I'm not super tall or anything but don't taller people often have a habit of stooping a bit? What are some ideas for developing good posture habits and slender figure confidence?

You might want to try rucking. Walking or hiking with a weighted backpack is an excellent way to pull those shoulders back and promotes better posture.
Panama hats in Panama?
I'm going to Panama tomorrow and wanted to pick up a Panama hat, obviously, nomen est omen. However, what I learned last time I went is that - most Panama hats, especially finer ones, are actually made in Ecuador, - in the Panama City, they're either extremely overpriced, not that fine (touristy crap with just a couple knots per inch), or (usually) both. So: any tips on getting a decent, not super fine, not super expensive, more utilitarian Panama hat in Panama City both as a souvenir and a nice accessory to that perfect quarter canvas linen suit that I will surely find one day as well? Particular stores with Google Maps links would be perfect. I hope it's not against the rules.
