Any tips? As a young man of slender build and 5'11" height, I often find myself stoop shouldered a bit, definitely not standing straight like I should.
I think about it less during the fall and winter months when wearing jackets or layers helps bulk my shape a little; and a lot more in the spring and summer when dressed light, so in public I sometimes feel a bit self-conscious with such a slender physique. I have found that well fitting clothing is a confidence booster. I'm not super tall or anything but don't taller people often have a habit of stooping a bit?
What are some ideas for developing good posture habits and slender figure confidence?
