šŸŒ‹ Floor Is Lava Mobility Week
This week’s challenge is a weird one šŸ˜† You have to do 1 different mobility stretch or position every day… But you are NOT allowed to do it on the ground. That means: • no floor pancake • no floor pike • no sitting stretches on the ground • no lying down and pretending that counts šŸ‘€ You have to find a way to do your mobility somewhere else. Examples: • on a couch • on stairs • on a chair • on a bench • at a desk • on a counter • hanging from something • anywhere random and creative āœ… The rules • Do 1 mobility stretch or position every day • It has to be a different one each day • You are not allowed to do it on the ground • Post it in the comments if you want extra points for creativity šŸ˜„ šŸŽÆ The goal The goal is to: • make mobility more fun • get you trying new positions • stop overthinking it • show that movement can happen anywhere šŸ† Bonus points Most random spot wins. So if you end up doing a hamstring stretch somewhere ridiculous, I want to see it šŸ˜‚ šŸ‘‡ Comment below if you’re in, and tell me what stretch or position you think you’ll try first.

Failed a couple times the challenge.. a day was at the park trying to find trees to hang from and do some shoulder rotations, but every time I filmed, mostly I could only catch me going after my dog, going after another dog.. today my terrace floor was lava and tried to do some negatives towards slow muscle up, don't train that often for slow, but will continue during this week for a couple days and see the evolution.

Mobility
Just sharing some upper body mobility ideas! When i get up I tend to be stiff so I've been doing a lot of mobility work and stretching as part of my morning routine for a long time plus it's a great way to start the day 2 of my favorite upper body are these exercises (see videos, I don't know the names) after all the pull ups and dips I did today, my upper body was a bit sore! These 2 exercises were perfect to losen everything up!😊

Day 7 (Last daily update for me but will update weekly)
I did some squats, calf raises, 25 minutes speed walking on the treadmill, lifted 15 pound weights and held the iron cross position again for a few seconds times 3 times (I want to one day be able to do the iron cross again and want to regularly train for that even though it will be so, so long from now), I also did some incline push ups on the bench at the gym... but I wanna share what happened... I was doing my incline push ups on the bench and my right wrist had some sharp shooting pain. I stopped and was like "what was that?" Out of the push up position my wrist felt fine-completely normal. I was able to move it normally in all directions then I figured well maybe I should do some wrist mobility stretches that I know as it has been years since I stretched my wrists and they are not flexible at all. So is stretched them and went to do a few more incline push ups and again, sharp shooting pain in it pretty much immediately so I stopped again. I was like, "what?--I am not injured. My wrist is normal, this is weird--what's going on." I give it a little break and some more stretches and again I tried more incline push ups and again, my right wrist had the same sharp shooting pain--and also again (all 3 times) my wrist felt completely normal when no weight was on my wrist. That was over an hour ago and my wrist feels fine still. It was only my right wrist. I am right handed if that has anything at all to do with it. Does anyone know what that pain was? I could understand it more if I was actually Injured but it kept going away immediately which I find to be super weird. I was 337 pounds this time last week. Today I weight 335.4 pounds. I will keep sharing my weight on my weekly update until I am in a healthy weight or decide to stop. Sharing it because I wanna inspire others who are also on a weight loss journey--if I can do it, they can do it too. It's not always about the results but about the journey. See you all next week for my weekly update. Every Wednesday it looks like. Weigh in Wednesday is what I call it. I may do other posts. I will still be around. 😊

every week a different pain šŸ˜„.. keep on rotating from exercises so you can continue and avoid the painful ones! Keep strong @Charissa Calaway
My Scale
You would laugh but I took my scale on the cruise. I'm showing a 2 pound loss, body fat of 17.8 and muscle of 36.4. That is the lowest body fat and the highest muscle mass my scale has ever shown. I'm going to get a body scan after 3 more training cessions and I hope that these numbers are supported!!! If they are I will feel that the cruise is proving to be a success!!!
