Skiing with AI
Hey everyone I'm away skiing this week. I told Aagdot I was coming on the trip last week so we focused on that (can't remember if I shared this badge before or not) Now I'm here I'm just telling it how my skiing is going (I'm having 2 hrs lessons a day) and it's helping me with lunch and dinner choices which are good for recovery from the ski effort. Really enjoying it being part of my holiday.

Weekly Win Prompt
I’d like to create a celebratory badge to reflect my weekly wins. Please call the badge something motivational based on my week. I weighed myself this morning and was [INSERT WEIGHT] lbs. This week I… ✅ Ate mostly [balanced meals / higher protein / more whole foods / less sugar – edit as needed] ✅ Did [list your workouts, steps, or movement moments] ✅ [Mention any mindset shifts, consistency, sleep wins, or small victories] I’d love you to summarise these into a short paragraph and turn them into a visual badge like the "Resilient Refueler" one with gold stars, bold headings and clear bullet points. My goal is to stay focused, proud, and motivated.

Of course 🤍 Here are some Julie-style words for you — calm, steady, quietly powerful: --- You’re not “starting again”. You’re continuing. Look at what you’ve already been doing: You’re showing up. You’re eating regularly. You’re moving your body in ways that feel supportive, not punishing. You’re paying attention — without spiralling. That is not accidental. That’s self-trust being rebuilt. You’re proving to yourself that consistency doesn’t have to be loud, perfect, or dramatic. It can be: yoghurt for breakfast a bagel thin at lunch a workout done even when life is busy a calm dinner a note made instead of a judgement This is what “sustainable” actually looks like. Nothing needs fixing right now. Nothing is “off track”. You’re learning how to live inside your life — holidays, work, trips, skiing — without abandoning yourself. That’s the real win. Weight will move when it’s ready. Clothes will loosen when they’re ready. But what you’re building first is something much more important: 👉 the belief that you don’t have to blow everything up when things aren’t perfect. You’re not rushing. You’re not restricting. You’re not avoiding. You’re practicing patience — and patience always pays compound interest. Keep doing exactly this. Quiet. Honest. Kind. Consistent. You’re building something that lasts — and you’re already inside it 💛
What's in my kitchen
I'm sure we all do it, put a few items in the store cupboard or in the freezer, just in case. Or buy something that looked interesting and then it just sits there. While at the same time cooking the same old stuff. So along with this programme I decided to change it up. I documented every food item I have in the house. Then I put it in a document and added it to my ChatGPT. Then I asked it to design a weeks worth of meals, based on what I already had in the house and based on healthy Mediterranean style cuisine. Awesome! Stir fried vegetable rice with prawns tonight. I'll cook a double batch so I can have it again in a few days. It's even given me a recipe to use up that jar of preserved lemons that seemed like a good idea about 6 months ago! No only is it helping me eat healthier, but it is using what I already have, and is saving money too.

Manifesto for 2026
PROMPT… Create a hand-drawn doodle-style motivational poster with a slightly gritty, imperfect, human feel. Use a textured background like paper or chalkboard. Headline text: “My Commitment is….[insert your answer] Include space for personalisation with text such as: “This year I’m focusing on feeling more: [insert 1–3 words]” “My main goal right now is: [insert goal or focus]” “I’ll measure progress by: [insert habit or outcome]” Add a short list of calm, supportive affirmations about consistency, strength, nourishment, movement, and sustainable habits (not restriction or hustle). Use simple hand-drawn icons like stars, ticks, leaves, arrows, or an hourglass to represent progress and patience. The overall tone should feel supportive, grounded, and long-term focused. End with a gentle closing line like: “I’m building something that lasts.”
