Hi everyone I’m late to the party but starting today. I tried Julie’s chat GPT for a while in the autumn and really enjoyed using it, plus lost a bit of weight. Then the usual life happened - holidays, work, home stuff etc! Back to re-start today. Have just done my baselines on chat GPT and playing catch up with posts etc. Totally welcome any tips from others for good use of skool and this new programme of Julie’s. Thanks folks and good luck to you all.

Well done for posting. My top tips… - put the Skool app on the first page of your phone - pop in 2-3 times a day, like other people’s posts, check out prompts, share your progress - check out the classroom are for materials and resources, and the calendar for live calls

1st cycle of the year
I’m a club cyclist and got out on our first club ride of the year, the cycling club is very supportive and is non drop, we wait for each other at the tops of the hill - I also help bring the average age down. I’m often the only female and youngest on lots of rides. Pleased with the distance I find it hard juggling everything with the gym and running but keen to keep up the cycling as my partner is a keen cyclist he cycles about 130 miles per week all year round
