It’s bullet journal time…
The bot is great, but what keeps me motivated in terms of the BIG Picture is my Bullet Journal. What you see here is the actual tracker I used last year…it’s not pretty, but it did the job. This year is less about weightloss for me, and more about consolidation and integration…I do have a more modest weightloss goal but actually it’s more about body composition and performance.
