I'm sure we all do it, put a few items in the store cupboard or in the freezer, just in case. Or buy something that looked interesting and then it just sits there. While at the same time cooking the same old stuff.
So along with this programme I decided to change it up. I documented every food item I have in the house.
Then I put it in a document and added it to my ChatGPT. Then I asked it to design a weeks worth of meals, based on what I already had in the house and based on healthy Mediterranean style cuisine. Awesome! Stir fried vegetable rice with prawns tonight. I'll cook a double batch so I can have it again in a few days.
It's even given me a recipe to use up that jar of preserved lemons that seemed like a good idea about 6 months ago!
No only is it helping me eat healthier, but it is using what I already have, and is saving money too.
