Saturday Vibes Y'all ...
New year new routines?! At least for me and my fam. Saturdays do look different with the calendar change. Morning mean Swimming/library time for my little guy and gymnastic for big girl. And right now a little quiet time for myself and I was exited to check in. I've been quite quiet here over the holiday break. And quite honestly. You can probably expect that from me from time to time when I get a chance to fully disconnect. Highly recommend. It was a great cup filling holiday AND also realized I missed my work, being here and I'm so happy to be back. There will be change coming to this space... and let's just say I think you'll be happy you were a founding member and I will also be forever grateful you trusted me early on and helped co create our supportive vibe. 🫶 What ya doing today? Anyone else go dark for the holidays and is just getting weekly flows going again?

Loved this video. While I would LOVE to see the number on the scale go down, my main goal is to feel better physically and have a better mental/emotional vision of myself. My BF is on insulin for diabetic control and has lost weight, but I don’t want to be dependent on medications and revert if stopping. I want to make a lifestyle shift back to a nutrition focused meal plan, without feeling restricted or forced to eat things that don’t bring me joy.
