Nice one.
If I hear someone say...
If I hear someone say ______ I should send them to your Skool. Fill in the blank in the comments so we all know who we should refer to your Skool. That way when someone has a problem I can refer them to the right expert.

Cholesterol Truth Tuesday
Today I'm going to dismantle one of the most successful medical myths of the last 70 years, the idea that cholesterol is a villain. You’ve been told your whole life that cholesterol is something to fear. A number to suppress. A threat to manage. A ticking time bomb in your bloodstream. But there's a truth your body has been trying to tell you. Every community has its own myths. But there’s one myth everyone inherited, all of us. A myth so old and so profitable that nobody ever stopped to ask: “Wait, does this even make sense?” Here’s the part they skipped: Your cholesterol isn’t misbehaving. It’s communicating. It’s not a red flag. It’s a signal. Cholesterol is not the problem. Every community has been misled by the same myth. If you want the real story the physiology, the root causes, the labs that actually matter it’s inside this evening's class. Not because it’s secret. But because it takes more than a post to unlearn a 70‑year old myth. Bring your past lab work. Come see what your numbers have been trying to tell you. Well, I will not give medical advice as I am nowhere near qualified... but we research a lot. Consider this: Statins have provided cumulative lifetime sales reaching over $130 billion for our friends in you know where.
Barbie’s Easter Parade!
I love prompts. It's not that everyday we have a prompt fest, but it seems like it. But there's so much more to my community than prompts. There are people having fun learning about film and how to use AI as a tool to create films for their businesses, skool communities, and just for fun. So come and join one of the best film groups, er should I say AI film groups, "AI STORYTELLERS." It's more than prompts but lots of prompts too! Change the picture into a BJD Barbie style doll that strictly maintains the facial features, hair color, hairstyle and clothing of the original character. The doll's hair has a natural luster to highlight the realistic texture; it is equipped with a vertical transparent plastic packaging box with a curved window design, and the packaging is covered with Spring Flowers The matte coating with flower and pine branch patterns allows you to clearly see the standing doll and surrounding Easter-themed trinkets through the window; the cover of the box is printed with a portrait of the doll in a retro comic style, surrounded by golden floral arrangements of blue and yellow iris, daffodils, and tulips, "Easter" The words "Barbie Doll" are in gilt font, and the box is covered with plush lining cloth in Floral, Spring colors. There is a pair of pink block-heel high heels with plush white edges, a leather handbag embroidered with a rabbit pattern, a folding comb decorated with Easter eggs, and a puppy doll wearing a Easter Bunny ears. The overall picture background has also been changed to a Spring-like atmosphere background.
