How old?
Just wondering how old people were when they discovered they had ADHD. I am 58 and I have found out more about myself and why I feel the way I do which is an eye opener. I think my dad may also have ADHD and he is 87. I don’t know if it’s something that he would be interested in but he does have some of the “traits” I just wondered if there are people older than 87 who have just discovered themselves.

Diagnosed at 52, realized today I had ADHD behaviors and tendencies as early as 11 or 12 years old?

Welcome to ADHD Harmony. I'm excited you're here. This community helps you turn ADHD from something you fight against into your greatest advantage. No quick fixes or productivity hacks that fall apart after a week. This is identity-level transformation, grounded in neuroscience and real experience. The next free 5-day challenge starts April 27. Before it begins, watch the short videos that explain the community and how Skool works (about 20 minutes). 👉 Click here to dive in

Thank you for sharing this. I will admit that with all the other apps, blogs, and YouTube videos out there, I was hesitant to move forward with this page, but after doing the 9 questions… woah. Ok, I’m in.
Me and my 31 open browser tabs are new here
(And that's only on my desktop - don't ask about my cell...) Hi, my name is David, I’m in the Salt Lake City UT area, and I work as an Account Executive in SaaS sales. I have experience with ADHD, parenting an ADHD child, marriage to someone w/o ADHD, B2B software sales, sports fandom, leaving religion, trail running. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 45 (during COVID) and I never would have guessed it. But that allowed all these little friction points with the world to start making sense, and the more I learn about ADHD, the more things continue to line up for me. More importantly, it enables me to help our 15 y.o. daughter (who also has ADHD) with support, understanding, and to help her navigate the world in a way that our neurotypical wife/mom can't relate to. You can ask me questions about: - Anything you'd like. Whether or not I answer will mostly depend on if I forget this community exists 5 minutes after I close the browser tab... haha I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - I'm hoping to find the way to unlock some of my self-sabotaging behaviors that I haven't been able to fix with systems, apps, reminders, or accountability partners. For fun, I like to: - obsess over Oregon Ducks football - trail run - travel with my family

Welcome to you as well!
Diagnosed at 50
Hi, my name is Randy, I’m from central Minnesota USA and I work as an ER nurse. Before my RN journey I was a Paramedic, car salesman, carpenter and a chef. You can ask me questions about: SCUBA diving, cooking, flying an airplane or anything else as long as it is respectful. For fun, I like to: - Spend time with my bride, whether it’s cooking in the kitchen, going on a hike or drive someplace new, or rescuing animals. - I am a Dive Master and Master diver - I am a student pilot working on my private pilot certificate -
Later in life…
I guess I experienced school as an outsider most of the time. However, it wasn’t until my children were older and discovered for themselves as an adult how they look at me, that I begun wondering if I am to some degree ADD. I am curious and suspect more in possible on my journey than I have produced up to now.

Welcome to the program! You are not alone. Your feelings are valid and you are not the outsider!
