Canada Healthcare: JaneApp
Has anyone worked on any healthcare client using JaneApp? JaneApp is a Vancouver, Canada based platform preferred by health practioners for booking appts and for repoting for their patients. They do not have an open API but some integrations are available. I recently signed a client in the MedSpa space and they are using JaneApp. I am thinking of building out the voice and chat ai with Assistable + GHL + JaneApp + Zapier/N8N. Anyone who can help me with this in building this out would be great.

@Winnielee Chuus >>And for SMS, we only need A2P if we’re texting U.S. numbers, since A2P applies only in the U.S.—is that right? Not quite. Still safer to register to avoid surprises - we've had numbers suspended out of the blue (Canadian numbers calling/texting Canadian numbers). YMMV.
Booking dates incorrect (2025 days) URGENT
Hey, I feel like this happened the last 2 years also, but when it switches to a new year, the AI still sometimes says dates from the previous year. E.g. it said to a lead Wednesday, 8 January. Which was correct in 2025 but in 2026 the 8th of Jan is a Thursday. Any way to get this correct 100% of the time? @Assistable Ai @Jorden Williams

Token Consumption
I talked a little bit with @Luis Garibay about this, but maybe some of you guys know how to fix this. whenever i use the OpenAI key, it consumes hundreds of thousands of tokens. I also tried analyzing an image in N8N, and just 3 images ended up consuming almost $15 worth of tokens, which I didn’t expect. I don't know, but that shouldn't happen, right? If someone knows if im setting up the API wrong or knows what's happening, it would be helpful
