Does auto refill in workspace have a certain time to do the refill? We are getting the negative balance error and its messing up our follow up sequence because of "Workspace doesn't have enough wallet balance to make a call." error.

Hey Team! I'm newer to using Assistable, and built the full Orb demo on day one. Showed it to several people and it worked great! Then I logged in the next day, did a demo, and it wouldn't pull in contact info nor book appointments. I didn't change anything. I've now disconnected and reconnected everything multiple times. Deleted calendars and started them over from scratch, etc, but nothing seems to work. Is that just how it goes with the Orb? If so, that is fine, and I just won't use it for anything beyond a quick demo without booking. When I just call the number attached, it works perfectly. I just thought it would be really cool to remove even that friction and have people tap on the orb and go through the entire demo including booking. And now I've tested it on multiple browsers and the chrome browser is the only one not working. Thanks for the help!
