Canada Healthcare: JaneApp
Has anyone worked on any healthcare client using JaneApp? JaneApp is a Vancouver, Canada based platform preferred by health practioners for booking appts and for repoting for their patients. They do not have an open API but some integrations are available. I recently signed a client in the MedSpa space and they are using JaneApp. I am thinking of building out the voice and chat ai with Assistable + GHL + JaneApp + Zapier/N8N. Anyone who can help me with this in building this out would be great.

@Winnielee Chuus in Canada there is something called PIPEDA like HIPPA in the States. You are right about just the patient records. My client is US based though. Most of the softwares I have tried to dig in, none of them including GHL offers PIPEDA so it is difficult to work with Canadian healthcare clients if they want compliance.

Twilio A2P help needed..
Hello folks! So the extended support groups and GHL support, none of them helps with Twilio A2P and. they do only LC. We have done the SIP trunking with Assistable and the Voice AI is fine, but for text we need this A2P, can someone here help me with that please? Or any document or video for that? Seems like the new process documentation and video is hard to get! PS. Please like this post to get me to Level 2, so that I can DM few experts in here!

LC vs Twilio
All my numbers are LC and I got my first Voice AI client and I learned that to have him use a single canadian number for inbound and outbound calls, we have to move the LC number to Twilio and then do the A2P as well.. Anyone who has done this, can u help me out? As the forms and porting looks simple but yet confusing.. I have the Twilio SID for main account and also created a sub account for the client.. now which SID to chose? Also is there no way we can do it with LC vs opting for Twilio? any thoughts or help peeps??

Canada Real Estate API or Webhook?
Hello Everyone! I am new here and juist getting started with Assistable.. I am meeting some 20 realtors in a group setting on Monday and looking to WOW them with Voice AI or Orb Demo, but I am thinking of going a step further by connecting the backend API of a RE, so that when given an address, the AI can confirm few things about that home. Not sure if it can also look up the price history but thats too much to ask for at this point.. lol.. Any help would be great amigos!
