How to become a better version of yourself and change your life/world: From Step 1: We all know where we stand, as haroon bhai discussed earlier that we should invest time on ourselves. We should take at least 30 minutes from 24 hours and sit alone and think about what are we really doing what our goals are and how can we achieve them? So by this we can really make things more clear in our life. And we should consider our past mistakes too that if woh ghalti hogyi tu woh ab dobara kese na ho, hamen regret nahi karna cahiye as everything happens for our own good so just accept what you did and move on ! From Step 2: As we live in a society where almost everyone is demotivated about their futures so we should re think about that we should believe that if we are at our lowest we can be at the top. Behind this mentality we should be positive our mind should be fresh and as haroon bhai said we should do experiments on ourselves. And one more point if we did something bad we should think about that and should catch any moment from that bad thing kai this is my weak point and I have to work on this from now on. From Step 3: This is the most important step so far, as haroon bhai said we should have a small setup which can be called as our office where we should go and do our work. The positive point of making your private space is you know that yeh apki jagah hai yahan app nai kaam karney ana hai and if you have your goals aligned you will surely go there. And one more thing haroon bhai added that we should follow those who we think are good for us, taking my example out here I wasn’t following haroon bhai until i found him on a reel where he was talking about that one person and I go through his profile and found out that yes I can relate to him, I’m sure i will do it what he is teaching IA. Last thing in this step is as in this community we are making journals on daily basis we know what our goals are and what our targets for the day, we should consider this as a daily base work and from this we will prioritise our tasks too.

Remember, confidence grows through preparation, self-care, and believing in your ability to handle challenges.Trust yourself, because confidence begins the moment you decide you are enough.

The small victories against chaos build the foundation for meaningful order.(its a quote by jordan peterson) Day: Monday Sleep Log😴 Slept: 3:30 Woke up: 11:27 🔔 Daily Reminders • Conduct Weekly reflection • Don’t miss Salah • No one can waste my time except me • Say yes in first time to parents 🧑‍💻Dail log of the day: 11:40- 1:30 - Woke up went to the tution , Taught thermodynamics chapter and then came bk at 1 :30. 1:30 - 4:00 - Came bk had some food then used social Media and prayed.(Watched random stuff and talked to my friends) 4:00 - 7:00 - Started by interacting in Skool communities and uploaded a post about 25 min rule,then started work on the ongoing project and took my cousin on call to monitor his work in between. 7:00 - 8:00 - Took my brother kids out for a while, then came back prayed and again started to work a little on the project 8:00 - 9:00 - Went to gym , did shoulder work out (it was pretty okayish because my friend whos my gym buddy twisted his ankle so i have to go alone now) 9:00 - 11:40 - Got on call with my cousin again and started working on the seo for the retainer client. 12:00 - 12:33 -Went out to get moms phone from the mobile shop Now i am gonna end my journal for today ,,maybe go out for a bit eat something alone and then come back and sleep 🕌 Prayer Log Fajr - ✅ late Zuhr – ✅ On time Asr – ✅ On time Maghrib – ✅ On time Isha – ✅ a little late 🙇‍♂️Wins of the day: Worked on the project Did Seo of the Website Started to feel motivated again today 😥Mistakes and Learnings: Used social media a little more than needed ☑️Task for tomorrow: Continue working on the new project. Update meeting with the client Work on SEO 🥫Food log and Gym Breakfast : no Lunch : Yes Dinner: Yes Gym : Yes
