The simplest way to get back on track.
If you ever feel like you’re making too many mistakes and don’t even know where to start, here’s something simple that worked for me:(it cant get simpler than that) Start with just one thought: What’s the one thing i am doing wrong and i know i am doing wrong and that I can actually fix? Take 15 minutes, sit quietly, and reflect on it. No distractions. Just think about how you can improve that one thing. Trust me, once you do this, you’ll get more clarity (and more answers) than you expect. Note: (I heard about this in one of the interviews of Jordan Peterson)

Day: Thursday Sleep Log😴 Slept: 2:00 Woke up: 11:30 🔔 Daily Reminders • Conduct Weekly reflection • Don’t miss Salah • No one can waste my time except me • Say yes in first time to parents • You shouldn’t work your whole life away, but you must work your 20s away 🧑‍💻Dail log of the day: 11:30- 1:00 : Went to tution 1:00 - 1:30 : Went to get my friends PC fixed 1:30 - 2:00: Used mobile and had lunch 2:00 - 3:00: Worked on final draft of logo and sent to my cousin 3:00 - 3:10: Zuhur Prayers 3:10 - 5:30: Went out to do some home chores 5:30 - 5:45: Asr prayers 5:45 - 6:40: Broke down my task into small pieces 6:40 - 6:50: Went to pick up my dad 6:50 - 7:10: Prayed Maghrib.(In Mosque) 7:20 - 8:16: Went to the gym (Back and forearms workout) 8:16 - 8:30: Dinner 8:35 - 9:52: Worked on setting up some initial setup for ad account 9:52 - 10:00: Watched a little match. 10:00 - 10:23: Designed a thank you card 10:23 - 11:00: Went out to drop off something 11:00 - 11:30: Designed a LinkedIn post 11:30 - 1:00: Worked on Seo 1:00 - 5:50 - Catch with cousins on meet 5:50 - 6:14 : Isha and fajr prayers Now: Will post the journal entry and sleep in a bit. 🕌 Prayer Log Fajr - ✅ late Zuhr – ✅ On time Asr – ✅ On time Maghrib – ✅ On time Isha – ✅ late 🙇‍♂️Wins of the day: Got some home stuff done Worked on SEO No music All prayers done 😥Mistakes and Learnings: i have learned not to add unnecessary information and keep things simple in journal Missed fajr Coudnt shoot the video ☑️Task for tomorrow: Continue working on the new project. And then you will find yourself doing terrible things.”(Source: 12 rules of life by Jordan Peterson) Day: Tuesday Sleep Log😴 Slept: 3:45 Woke up: 12:00 🔔 Daily Reminders • Conduct Weekly reflection • Don’t miss Salah • No one can waste my time except me • Say yes in first time to parents • (Tell the truth – or, at least, don’t lie) 🧑‍💻Dail log of the day: 11:30- 12:40 : Went to teach my student. 12:50 - 1:20 : Went out to get stuff for house (eg : Roti,Yougurt) 1:20 - 2:00 : Made milkshake for my myself, Had it while cleaning my workspace, then prayed Fajr and Zuhr. 2:00 - 4:00: Worked on the recent project and got things done (Broke my problems in small small parts) 4:00 - 4:20: Had lunch a little late. 4:20 - 5:00: Worked on few logo design for a cousin beauty Brand 5:00 - 6:00: Meeting with retainer Client 6:05 - 6:15: prayed Asr. 6:15 - 7:00: Worked on logo design again and then prayed Maghrib 7:00 - 7:10: Sent those designs to my Cousin 7:10 - 8:00: Took a brief break and used Mobile 8:00 - 8:49: Gym (Chest workout) 8:50 - 9:20: Quick shower , Prayed Isha , Had Dinner 9:20 - 11:20: Researched about client work,and then saw multiple profile reels and made script. 11:20 - 12:10: Watches pak vs uae match Now: Will post the journal ,play maybe a game and then sleep 🕌 Prayer Log Fajr - ✅ late Zuhr – ✅ On time Asr – ✅ On time Maghrib – ✅ On time Isha – ✅ on time 🙇‍♂️Wins of the day: Worked on recent project Got the meeting done with retainer Client Script Made for portfolio show reel All prayers done No music 😥Mistakes and Learnings: Couldn't start working on SEO Need to minimize my breaks between the work Missed fajr ☑️Task for tomorrow: Continue working on the new project. Then watched the weekly session (part 1) of a match. 11:00 - 11:40: Did some Quick changes to website and prayed isha 11:40 - 11:50: Took a quick shower and changed. 12:00 - 1:30: Had a call with my cousin and discussed SEO. 1:30 - 2:00: Went out to eat a burger. Now: Will post the journal entry and sleep in a bit. 🕌 Prayer Log Fajr - ✅ late Zuhr – ✅ On time Asr – ✅ On time Maghrib – ✅ On time Isha – ✅ on time 🙇‍♂️Wins of the day: Got the meeting done. @Sohaib Khan I can totally understand having that kind of detailing is hard and tbh I am also trying to improve day day by too so the best to like achieve that and what I do is have journal on my desk and I update it through our a day at specific intervals so that way I don't forget them, also you could see my previous journal there very messy to be honest.also you need that to be mindful about your time.

Late-night ramble, just me talking to myself 😁
i feel like everything around us is made to keep us busy and stop us from actually thinking. one of the biggest things that made me realize this is airpods. everywhere i go schools, universities, streets most people have them on. i’d say at least 70% of the younger generation is walking around with something playing in their ears. music, podcasts, random noise. constantly filling silence. but i remember a time before this. when i went to tuition or uni, i didn’t put anything on. i would just walk, sit in the bus, or wait somewhere and let my mind wander. i used to think about random stuff, talk to myself, sometimes figure out new ideas without even trying. that was my space. my own time. now it feels like people don’t even give themselves that chance. and i noticed the same thing in myself too. when i started listening to music a lot, i thought it was just normal, something to pass time. but slowly i realized—it was actually making me feel worse. i would feel down for no reason. i didn’t even know why. but looking back, i can see that music was messing with my subconscious. it kept me distracted, but at the same time, it made me more empty inside. instead of giving me energy, it was draining me.i could literally yap whole day how music is bad for us and how empty it makes me feel. and the more i thought about it, the more i saw how much i lost. i don’t talk to myself the way i used to. i don’t give myself that silence anymore. i don’t discover new thoughts like before. so from today, i’ve decided to quit music. if i want to listen to something, i’ll replace it with audiobooks or nasheeds. but more than that, i want to give myself time again. to think. to sit in silence. to actually be with myself, without noise in my ears 24/7. Deleting Spotify and YouTube Music.(Action taken) Note :In the screenshot below, the apps are shown as paused to indicate that they are about to be deleted.
