Interesting Perspective
Over the years I’ve been working on myself in many ways including when I am with another person and something about them really makes me angry. I don’t get angry very often but I’m human and we are offered all the emotions as human - the art is to decode them (in my opinion). The art of decoding for me is - what is it about them that irks me or irritates me or makes me upset? Sometimes it’s their action. Sometimes it’s something within me that I’m not a fan of - typically my younger egoic self that climbed ladders and thought she was always right (but later realizing I was trying to prove I could do anything against all odds - which actually we can…but I’ll digress)… and sometimes I look at their 8 year old self to see what they may have missed out on as a child thus now as a grown person is projecting it out. So I came across this perspective this morning… same concept but in reverse. I’ve never thought of this! What if what the beauty we see in something or someone is the beauty we see in ourselves - but don’t recognize? Hopefully this conveys..no coffee yet… ☕️ What are your thoughts?

Yes, I believe this too. I love the quote, beautifully stated. Timely too, as I saw this post from Dr John Demartini who talks a lot about polarity, opposites etc. and I’ve been doing his suggested weekend practice. Pasted post below! ————— Nobody is worth putting on pedestals or in pits. Everybody is worth putting in your heart. When you infatuate with someone, you are partly blind to their downsides and minimize yourself by comparison. You’ve created a bit of a fantasy of who you think the individual is. When you resent someone, you are partly blind to their upsides and exaggerate yourself by comparison. You’ve created a bit of a nightmare of who you think the individual is. Both infatuation and resentment are imbalanced perceptions that give rise to impulsive and instinctive reactions, drain energy, age the body, and create drama. Balancing and integrating your polarized perceptions dissolves these emotions, increases energy, revitalizes the body and brings about greater feelings of relationship and life fulfillment. Weekend practice Whole-being seeing Here is a weekend practice to cultivate equanimity within and equity between you and others. 1. Choose one individual who you’ve put on a pedestal (infatuated with) and one individual you’ve put into a pit (resent). 2. For the individual you have up on a pedestal, ask what specifically did they do, or not do (the action or inaction) that you admire most and then write 10 downsides or drawbacks to this action or inaction until you can see that the liked or admired action has as many downsides as you initially perceived to have upsides. 3. For the individual you have down in the pit, ask what specifically did they do, or not do (the action or inaction) that you resent most and then write 10 upsides or benefitsto this action or inaction until you can see that the disliked or despised action has as many upsides as you initially perceived to have downsides.

This is a mutual growth zone. No gurus. No pedestals. Simply beautiful souls evolving - together 😀 ❓If you could offer guidance to your younger self, what would you say now - with everything you’ve learned? Edited: ❓And if not something to your younger self, what is something you wish you knew before now? Share if it feels right. Your insight could become someone else’s turning point 🌱 ✨This community exists so we don’t have to grow alone. Every shared lesson strengthens the whole circle. @Desirae Peral gosh, this one resonates! 🫶🏽
Nervous System Regulation + Intuition
Your intuition doesn’t get louder in chaos. It gets clearer in calm. When your nervous system is in fight, flight, or freeze, your body is focused on survival — not subtle signals. Stress creates noise. Intuition speaks quietly. Regulating your nervous system shifts you into safety and presence. That’s where gut feelings sharpen, synchronicities become noticeable, and spiritual connection deepens. A calm body is an open intuitive channel. A dysregulated body is signal interference. Below is a long list of free, simple nervous system regulators you can start using today. What are your daily go to’s? Which ones do you think you may incorporate into your lifestyle?

I love to laugh too! A proper belly laugh does wonders 😁 More than anything, I’m craving sunlight and nature these days. Looking forward to longer walks with no hat & gloves 🙃 Meditation, giving thanks and talking to friends are also up there for me. 🫶🏽
❄️Nature Hello’s❄️
Cardinals and a dove enjoying birdseed, snow gently falling, cats birdwatching in pure bliss. A soft, beautiful moment of joy starting with Papa Cardinal’s bird song. When the magic calls - you listen. #birdsong #birdwatching #joy

Morning routines
Hi everyone! My first post, how exciting 😁 I have been trying to develop a morning routine that suits me, and that doesn’t start with scrolling through my phone as soon as I open my eyes! I’ve started journaling more, combined with meditation, which I really enjoy. I’m not super consistent but I’m getting better, especially as I notice I feel happier and more productive on those days. I was wondering how you all start (or end) your day? If you meditate, I’m curious you listen to the same meditation for a certain period or change it up each day. Do you have something that motivates you more than checking your phone? 😊
