Day 11, Shape Your Environment
Today we take movement to the floor and look at our surroundings differently. Instead of trying to change everything, we shape our environment so it supports success. Even getting down to the floor once or twice can become an opportunity to build mobility, strength, and a new way of seeing what’s possible.

Day 7, Rediscover Strength
Today we add a little resistance, light weights or whatever you have nearby. A reminder that renewal isn’t about becoming someone new, but rediscovering the strength that’s already within you. Move steadily, reconnect, and remember how capable you are.

Start the Week Strong
Today we build strength and start the week with intention. A bench, a chair, a small moment in your day can all become opportunities to move. Keep showing up, stay active, and remember that steady strength built now carries us well into our later years.

Big win
Well I wanted to come in to community to share a big win with the group. Here in Virginia we are still dealing with a major snowstorm covered in inches of sleet making it hard to melt or clear. Yesterday the Sun was out and I felt this urge to get out and shovel snow! So I did. I worked about an hour! And same thing today. The thing is I have not shovelled snow for a decade! It was too painful or I didn't feel strong enough, but because I've been doing this everyday energy movement for almost 4 months now, I feel strong, I feel balanced. I would have never had the urge to do physical labor. So I am feeling deeply grateful for Drew and this group. Loving movement!

Day 30: Low Back Strength | Moving Through January
It’s so cold today that I was honestly worried the camera equipment wouldn’t survive an outdoor session 🥶, so we took this one inside. Today’s focus is the low back. Gentle movement to relieve tension and build strength and mobility in an area that often needs a little extra care. Move slowly, stay present, and support your body today.
