šŸ›‘ ā€œAutomation Will Replace Meā€ ,The Biggest Lie Holding People Back
I hear this all the time: ā€œIf I automate my work, I’ll make myself unnecessary.ā€ The truth?Automation doesn’t replace you , it amplifies you.It frees you to focus on the high-value, human stuff: šŸ¤ Building relationships šŸ’” Creating new offers šŸ“ˆ Scaling your business šŸ’¬ So tell me. What’s one task you’d LOVE to automate, but you’re holding back on? Let’s break through that mental block together.

My current struggles/things I want to automate: 1.) Youtube scripts creations using many inputs (aggregation of competitors scripts from Youtube, input of my own stories, writing structure templates, using AI to write it, and a few others). 2.) Email inbox sorting and auto replies. 3.) Content generation for b-roll footage i can use for social media posting. Also would like to automate the generation of images using providing sheet of quotes or text as well as images. 4.) Anything else to free up time.

Hiring and Vetting Talent
RIP - Inbox... Hopefully this isnt a bad idea but im looking to hire some people for a few tasks, and there are a coupoe of reasons you should consider! 1.) To help automate my current bottlenecks for my businesses so I dont need to spend as many hours copying frameworks already available in GitHub and on n8n, etc. Ill pay for whatever keys I need, just not looking for a monthly retainer or crazy inflated prices, just something that will be cheaper than me taking a few nights to set these up! Examples; - YouTube script generations taking inputs from my own script writing SOPs, my own knowledge base of stories, aggregating competitor videos and running their scripts through an AI to pull the best stuff/expand on it, etc. - Content generation for realistic b-roll footage for YouTube and short form content generation (Veo 3, Kling, etc.). - Email outreach automation (recently loss 100 mailboxes but want to keep up the outreach consistency). Would be following best recommended tricks to land emails (list scraping, enrichment, pitch writing with AI based on our own templates, and handle followups like Instantly, smartleads, etc. - Email organizing (tags, sorting, etc.) and auto responses. Lots of free templates, just would rather have an expert set this up. - Programmatic content generation like what we do in Cuppa - Lots more... (Open to your other build ideas too) 2.) Vetting talented operators in automation for a bigger project I will share with you in private. This project is going to be bigger than Skool and we want talented people to be ready! šŸ˜€

Interested in hiring and partnering with you.
Do this as an AI automation/AI consultant/business and save a TON of time and headache!
I have helped a lot of businesses, founders and startups and the #1 pain for me is that the founder/owner/stakeholder keeps changing their minds. They don't think things through clearly or solve the wrong or least important problem (called BikeShedding https://thedecisionlab.com/biases/bikeshedding ). Here is a simple formula that helps insure you focus on the RIGHT problem at the RIGHT time without distraction. Do this for everything! 1. What level of pain is it from 0-10 2. What pain point does it solve - this must be easily articulated and short, not a long paragraph. 3. What is the quickest and easiest way to solve it NOW. 4. What does the user experience/process/flow look like when it has been solved. Hope this helps. You all rock!! Feel free to add your experience, advice, etc. we are better together!!
