- 💰 High-Performance Closer (DM + Call) Convert warm leads into mentees via DM and calls Be persuasive, sharp, and performance-driven Incentives + bonuses based on conversions
- ✍️ Scriptwriter + Hook Researcher Must be obsessed with viral content + storytelling Research best-performing hooks, trends, and ideas Script long-form + short-form content for YouTube and Reels
- 🧠 Backend Ops Manager Upload content to LMS, manage WhatsApp automation Handle backend tech, systems, SOPs, and execution workflows Extremely structured, tech-savvy, and reliable

💼 Working Style:
- Remote
- 10-12 hours/day commitment
