Love all the techniques you do thru out the session. up to 5 min longer would be minor but still short enough to stack on high energy days. No matter what-i will be completing your workouts daily! Thank you for building this community and inspiring us everyday.
Day 10: It’s Never Too Late
It’s never too late to start moving. It’s never too late to build strength, sharpen your mind, or learn something new. Every day you show up, you prove that change and growth are always possible. Start where you are, with what you have. It’s never too late. After your session, share a comment to stay accountable and inspire others.

Thank you for these incredibly motivational daily movement sessions. One week in, engaging in 2 sessions a day and wow what a difference mentally, emotionally and physically in only 7 days! What a gift this community is! Thank you!
