Etsy Integration is Officially Live!
Hey guys, Exciting news - our Etsy integration has officially launched worldwide! Some of you may have noticed it has been live secretly for a few weeks, but we finally got approved worldwide and can now officially launch :D Please watch below for a full explanation on how it works: https://www.skool.com/printshrimp/classroom/5dc1c2ba?md=9291e3cda4014eadbdca92e528aee4e2 Key points: -This integration is built to require a manual check before sending orders. Lots of customers like to cancel after ordering, change the address, request personalisation. We are anti fully auto fulfilment because of this and therefore leave it with you guys to have a final check before automatically producing any orders! -It is based off your Etsy and PrintShrimp SKUs. If you have one SKU per product on Etsy that matches your products SKU on PrintShrimp, the art file will be automatically added to your order. If not, you can still add your poster with the click of a button! -It is good practice to upload all of your posters to PrintShrimp through our Bulk Upload feature - this ensures your poster orders can fully import across. As always, if you have any questions drop them below, and thank you very much for using PrintShrimp!

Quick rookie question about converting digitals to physical posters.
I now have quite a few digital TV frame Art 16:9 and Wall Art creations images in my store but now I want to sell most as posters also . What would be the most effective and efficient method to do this ? Thank you

ALL SELLERS WANTED!
Two things I want to make you aware of which might have a negative impact on your sales. I have recently found out by mistake through a customer from France that Etsy is supressing your listings. Yes it's a thing. What does this mean? Etsy is showing only certain listings or none at all, depending on regional laws or just algorithm manipulation, or a combination of both. I had listings which the customer was looking for and I sent the links directly, which he couldn't access as they were blocked in France. Etsy calls it "Geo-suppression". To be fair I was not surprised to find this out as it just enforces what I was suspecting for a while now. SECOND ISSUE and this is a big one: Do yourself a favour and check for your artwork on Temu or eBay as it might be there, sold by others. I have found my artwork being sold across multiple shops on both Temu and eBay, in the thousands... I already filed multiple Intellectual property reports with Temu and I'm trying to get the shops removed, unfortunately they are not as strict as Etsy so I have to keep pushing them. This is where a collective effort would hopefully be successful. With eBay, I am waiting to enrol in their VeRO programme which will allow to report the infringing content. If you do find any infringing content, below are some links and materials to help you. https://www.temu.com/intellectual-property-complaint.html. https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/resources/verified-rights-owner-profiles Get your artwork removed, especially now before the holidays, don't let them profit off your work.

4 months in…what I’ve learned
So it’s around about the 4 month mark since setting up my shop. He’s how it’s been going: Started in April. I have now made 96 sales and now sell between 1-5 posters a day. I have made a total of £1696 in revenue. I have around 200 posters listed and I run Etsy ads at $3 a day (for a select few listings). I am however considering increasing my ad budget but slightly scared I’ll have a drop in sales. Any advice on that front would be helpful, I’m half tempted to leave the ad budget as it is because it seems to be working pretty well so far. I earned my star seller badge exactly 3 months after my first sale, after having my account put into a payment reserve (profit prison). I have a review rate of about 9%, with 5 stars across the board. I will say it did take a little while to really pick up but I have roughly doubled my sales and revenue each month since I started. In the past 18 days since the beginning of August, I have made £700 in revenue, I reckon I’m on track to reach around £1,000 in revenue this month. Some things I’ve learned along the way - 1. You do get out what you put in. I am planning on adding more posters to my shop. My success has largely been due to one of my poster designs hitting it off. 2. 2. Make variations of the posters that sell. I have made about 20 variations of my most popular poster. The niche that I am in makes it quite easy to pump out almost infinite variations of the same poster. I’d say about 90% of my sales come from some variation of my most popular poster. 3. 3.i personally started taking commissions to do personalisations on certain posters. This does obviously require a certain skill level in art although this is mainly done through AI with my own personal touches added manually. This is also obviously more time consuming and isn’t suitable for everyone, but it generates a bit of extra income for me and is quite a popular choice, plus I can afford the time and effort it takes me. I would say to anyone starting out that it’s definitely possible to earn some decent money from doing this and I am very grateful that I stumbled across toms TikTok account and decided to take the plunge to learn how to get started. It came at a pretty good time in my life where I had to take a step back from my regular job (as a nurse) because I was burnt out. Art used to be my main hobby growing up but I fell out of love with it. It’s nice to get back in it and I can genuinely say I really enjoy my little poster business.
