Slowly getting there !!! 😂 I've finished a canva design in AO size. Chat GPT is saying I need to download as a .pdf print & tick crop marks & bleed. It says canva will automatically export at 300 DPI. As a jpeg it says it exports around 96 DPI. Can I send these as .pdf to printshrimp? Or is it just .jpeg ? Such a learning curve !!! Thanks

just put out my first title and etsy said this to my title and i did a title as the videos in classroom have said what should i do listen to etsy or not

I put in an order about two hours ago. It still hasn’t been put into production it says it’s just been paid and I’ve reported help to cancel the order but nothing happened yet. just needed help to know if that would in time before it is made?
