Progress Isn’t Always Pretty
I didn’t get around to posting last week, but I stayed consistent and made it to the gym 4 times really proud of that 💪 This week feels a bit harder though. I did go to the gym today, but my energy is definitely lower. Being a woman means having those more challenging days each month, and I can really feel it right now 😅 On top of that, I’m in the final stretch of my studies I’ll be graduating in about three months, and my master’s thesis is due at the end of April. So my head is very much in “study mode,” and honestly… it’s a bit overwhelming at times. I’m still showing up, still doing my workouts, still trying to stay consistent but I’m also learning to listen to my body and accept that not every week feels the same. Right now, it’s less about pushing harder and more about not giving up 🤍 Anyone else feeling a bit overwhelmed lately?

@Davide Caforio Thank you so much for this, I really appreciate it ! It actually means a lot that you notice and understand what those days can feel like, even if you don’t experience them yourself. And you’re right… I’m trying to remind myself that showing up, even with low energy, still counts. Some days just feel heavier, but I guess that’s part of the journey. Your words really helped put things into perspective thank you 🙏
Weekly Recap 🍋
Biggest Win: 1 week without smoking 🚭✅ Biggest Challenge: no cigarettes after eating.. Small Win: Startet reading my second book - Power In general also getting healthier with my fitness routine. i went to the gym 2 times last week, had to skip because i got sick.. planing to go at least 4 times this week to compensate and to really focus on loosing some weight. Goals for this week: - keeping up with not smoking - reading at least half the book - 4 times to the gym - lose 1kg this week how was your week and what are your goals fot the upcoming week?

This is amazing progress seriously, 1 week without smoking is a huge milestone 🚭👏 You should be really proud of that! I totally get the challenge after eating, that’s such a tough habit to break, but the fact that you’re aware of it already puts you ahead. Maybe replacing it with a short walk or tea could help? Also love that you’re getting back into reading AND focusing on your fitness even with getting sick, you still showed up twice, which counts more than perfection. Just be careful not to overdo it this week while recovering. Your goals sound clear and strong 💪 I’m especially rooting for you to keep the no-smoking streak going! My week was a mix of ups and downs, but my goal for the upcoming week is to stay consistent rather than perfect especially with workouts and routines. Let’s keep going, we’ve got this 🍋✨
Quit Smoking 🚭

Great job getting through Day 1! 💪🏼 The first days are usually the hardest so that is already a big win. Keep going, the urges will definitely get weaker over time. You’ve got this!

Training camp was a success! i went to the gym 3 times as planned, even the second and third time i had to overcome myself, but i did it! weather was not very nicr but training camps are also there to have some chemistry built within the team. we had a nice week and are going back home. Forecast: Today is the last day of smoking, after that the journey of Quitting smoking starts 🚭 how was your week? any major challenges or big wins?

Nice work pushing through the gym sessions! 💪 And good luck with the quitting smoking journey. that’s a big challenge but totally worth it. 🚭 My week was good too, lots of activity and some good workouts
No gym, no problem - still moving! 🤸🏼‍♀️
This week I’m spending some time in my hometown with my parents. I don’t have a gym here, but I’m still staying active by going for regular runs and paying attention to my nutrition. Because of that, it honestly doesn’t feel like a setback at all. Today I also have a padel tournament, so I’ll definitely stay active! 🎾 On Sunday I’ll be back and ready to jump straight into a gym session again. 💪 Right now I’m really enjoying the time with my family and friends, staying active, and treating myself to some good food here and there without going overboard on the calories. Balance is key!
