Day 2 has started. i passee Day 1 without smoking i would say fairly easy because i also slept a lot ๐. i judt came back from therapie and now sitting on the balcony. normal times for a cigarette.. im drinking water to do something else than smoke. hope the urge for a cigarette will go away more and more ๐ช๐ผ

Today i got my stitches removed from Surgery ๐ My leg is slowly slowly getting back to normal, but it still takes time. Did you undergo Surgery already in your life, if yes comment below what surgery?
Habit is slowly getting to a routine, yesterday i read ober 90 minutes and i almost couldnt stop! its refreshing to see the difference of aftually doing things then just talking about it! How is your week going so far? Are you finding it rather easy or hard to work on your habits?
