In general also getting healthier with my fitness routine. i went to the gym 2 times last week, had to skip because i got sick.. planing to go at least 4 times this week to compensate and to really focus on loosing some weight.
Goals for this week:
- keeping up with not smoking
- reading at least half the book
- 4 times to the gym
- lose 1kg this week
