This week I’m spending some time in my hometown with my parents. I don’t have a gym here, but I’m still staying active by going for regular runs and paying attention to my nutrition. Because of that, it honestly doesn’t feel like a setback at all. Today I also have a padel tournament, so I’ll definitely stay active! 🎾
On Sunday I’ll be back and ready to jump straight into a gym session again. 💪 Right now I’m really enjoying the time with my family and friends, staying active, and treating myself to some good food here and there without going overboard on the calories. Balance is key!
