Gym in Trainingcamp
Today i went to the gym and had my first "real" session training back and triceps. Since i am still on crouches and we sre currently in spain with my football tea, days are very tight and we are walking a lot. my body feels very sore and noe i need some rest. keep grinding and pushing through!
No gym, no problem - still moving! 🤸🏼‍♀️
This week I’m spending some time in my hometown with my parents. I don’t have a gym here, but I’m still staying active by going for regular runs and paying attention to my nutrition. Because of that, it honestly doesn’t feel like a setback at all. Today I also have a padel tournament, so I’ll definitely stay active! 🎾 On Sunday I’ll be back and ready to jump straight into a gym session again. 💪 Right now I’m really enjoying the time with my family and friends, staying active, and treating myself to some good food here and there without going overboard on the calories. Balance is key!
First Session after Surgery
Today I went to the gym for the first time after surgery! Feels like a big success already. I was albe to do a Chest training without any pain, when i went onto the bike though.. i was not able to do more than 2.5km/h.. still no power and now after the session i struggle with pain.. Gym Session
Today i did Cardio for 60 minutes on the elliptical. burned 500+ calories 🔥 Next up is legday on Thursday
