Today i went to the gym and had my first "real" session training back and triceps. Since i am still on crouches and we sre currently in spain with my football tea, days are very tight and we are walking a lot. my body feels very sore and noe i need some rest. keep grinding and pushing through!
Today I went to the gym for the first time after surgery! Feels like a big success already. I was albe to do a Chest training without any pain, when i went onto the bike though.. i was not able to do more than 2.5km/h.. still no power and now after the session i struggle with pain..
