Im struggling to extend legs from frog planche to straddle planche due to cramps on glutes,,and hamstrings. can anybody recommend any stretching for that
I'm not really sure about muscle cramp in legs as I haven't really had one. According to a simple search I did. Muscle cramps, also known as spasms or "charley horses", are involuntary and painful contractions of muscles. While the exact cause is often unknown, several factors can contribute to their occurrence, including muscle fatigue, dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and inadequate blood flow. I would make sure you are drinking enough water and if you are cramping you can lay down on the ground against the wall and put your legs against the wall to help bring oxygen to your legs to recover faster. You can also do this before you do straddle planche for a few minutes.
@Landon Peters For endurance you can practice doing it against the wall whether it is facing the wall or your back on the wall. You can always also be near the wall and alternative your toes against the wall for support. Build up quantity for endurance, build up quality to perfect. Also just curious does that watch hurt, looks like that would hurt some.
