Tuesday Tinkering... Tyler's Tidying Up!
Hey squad, So, a couple things I'm noticing as we are a month deep into this community... 1. The more I have engaged and shared things with you all, the more that you all have expressed and shared of yourselves - I will definitely be doing this on a daily basis and curating the type of community we are looking to build. 2. I've noticed that, as of now, no one has joined the Premium Membership tier and so I'm doing a little restructuring on my end to see what you all are ACTUALLY interested in - the fitness (or nutrition) stuff hasn't seemed to be a priority for most and so I will be removing the Follow-Along Workouts from my weekly schedule and replacing it with an Office Hour. Many people seem to be expressing themselves needing support and guidance in communication, relationships, career, boundaries, etc. and so I will be prioritizing that aspect of this community while continuing to fill out the exercise library on the side. During this Office Hour (1-hour of LIVE coaching), I will be LIVE on TikTok encouraging people to join the community, but ONLY people in the Premium/VIP Membership will be able to have a dialogue with me and get their questions answered - If there are no questions coming in or no one is around for the office hours of the week, then I will answer questions pre-prompted from this group. The more people that sign up, the more often I can offer this. It is what it is. *This also has the Premium Membership at a discounted rate of $29/month (was $49/month) so I'm hoping it will be more budget-friendly for those in need. 3. I've been building out a Nutrition Workbook that was meant for Premium and VIP, but now it will be a standalone purchase instead of being a part of those communities. I really want to help you all get the most out of this community, and while Fitness & Nutrition are integral to your Mental Health, it is clear that the focus here is primarily Mental Health. 4. Is there anyone you know who you could share this community with? We were ranked #4000 in the self-improvement category on Skool 20 days ago and are now at #1516 - a HUGE jump. And I know that's because of the engagement and consistency of all of us here, so I want to double down on my ask to you all in getting others to join (I do not need to know if you 'don't know anyone' or 'don't have anyone to share this with' - that's not what we do here). IF you have people you can share this with and give them a little "omg, this has helped me so much! I love getting my questions answered. It feels like I have access to REAL answers and guidance." etc.
