Set Yourself Up Saturday!
Hey squad, So Saturdays are big, right? First day of the weekend. Finally free from the hectic and busy week schedule. Figuring out what the next two days have in store, yeah? Well… how do you set yourself up FOR SUCCESS on a Saturday? Is it getting your rest? Is it going and hiking away from the city? Is it that 8am spin class? Is it a sunrise coffee? How do you help yourself? How do you treat yourself like your best friend that you want to succeed in ALLLLL of the things? How do you succeed? Every week will be different. But if you have a goal, you NEED structure. And so, if you haven’t gone through the Start Here 30 day blueprint… why not? If you’re not creating structure and allowing success in your front door… why not? If you’re simply waiting in the wings HOPING something will show up randomly… WHY?! No one can do it FOR you. So it’s a good thing you’re in a place where you can learn to do it FOR yourself. Let me know what Day you’re on in the Start Here section below!

Weekends are for resting to other people but for me it’s to study I did not rest much but I gave myself a lot of time and energy to do it and got some breaks in between but ya i did good in the exam. I hope one day I’d have a free week but busy weekend so I can do all I want like going to the beach, watching movies and series, and doing some of the hobbies I abandoned Sketching, painting and baking.
Messy day
I have experienced a lot of things & it’s messing with head I need time to write about it but I’ll write a bit & sleep because I’m tired I have 4 friends I hang with in school. 3 good & 1 is messing with my head. She came to me crying about something & made up stuff so we can be on her side & that is really messed up turns out she was the wrong 1 & she was being disrespectful to teachers & she thinks she can get things her way. she was also calling me names which I won’t say because I don’t like that, I warned her a bunch of times but she kept on saying it towards me intentionally & I told her to not come near me again. She was like oh okay u are being serious right because I am. & she left I didn’t see her at all after that, Thats it but ya she annoyed my friend too & she doesn’t listen when we tell her to stop. she is being childish I’ve concluded that I won’t be near her again if she still acts the same way. sorry if that’s too much I’m trying to not write a lot though. Bye bye for now thanks though You don’t need to say anything I just felt like I need to share this.

@Deb Edwards im not really sure what she is going through but she lied and I was by her side while she did and she also tried to annoy me so idk my other friend told me that I should not be with the girl alone cause she might be abusive toward me like she has pushed me roughly a bunch of times but I reacted in a way to let her know you can not do that to me and she stopped.

@Deb Edwards dont worry deb it will get better soon I think But I’m okay and nothing she does will hurt me I hope I know she doesn’t mean it in some way But she is still the wrong one and I’m trying my best to put up with all her actions
Thursday Thoughts
Well, I set a timer today for 5 minutes and just let rip. No censorship. No adjustments. No questioning “why the hell am I writing this?” Just let it go and see what shows up on the page. And it ended up being about 20 questions for me to myself, the universe, etc. Sometimes that’s exactly what we need from a journaling session. To just get it out and onto paper. Don’t let them sit idly in your brain, get them out. So if you’re having a heavy thought stream or you’re overthinking… PUT IT ON PAPER. It helps.

I used to journal a lot when I overthought things It really helped me process all the thoughts and not be overwhelmed with all the thoughts at once
Tuesday Tinkering... Tyler's Tidying Up!
Hey squad, So, a couple things I'm noticing as we are a month deep into this community... 1. The more I have engaged and shared things with you all, the more that you all have expressed and shared of yourselves - I will definitely be doing this on a daily basis and curating the type of community we are looking to build. 2. I've noticed that, as of now, no one has joined the Premium Membership tier and so I'm doing a little restructuring on my end to see what you all are ACTUALLY interested in - the fitness (or nutrition) stuff hasn't seemed to be a priority for most and so I will be removing the Follow-Along Workouts from my weekly schedule and replacing it with an Office Hour. Many people seem to be expressing themselves needing support and guidance in communication, relationships, career, boundaries, etc. and so I will be prioritizing that aspect of this community while continuing to fill out the exercise library on the side. During this Office Hour (1-hour of LIVE coaching), I will be LIVE on TikTok encouraging people to join the community, but ONLY people in the Premium/VIP Membership will be able to have a dialogue with me and get their questions answered - If there are no questions coming in or no one is around for the office hours of the week, then I will answer questions pre-prompted from this group. The more people that sign up, the more often I can offer this. It is what it is. *This also has the Premium Membership at a discounted rate of $29/month (was $49/month) so I'm hoping it will be more budget-friendly for those in need. 3. I've been building out a Nutrition Workbook that was meant for Premium and VIP, but now it will be a standalone purchase instead of being a part of those communities. I really want to help you all get the most out of this community, and while Fitness & Nutrition are integral to your Mental Health, it is clear that the focus here is primarily Mental Health. 4. Is there anyone you know who you could share this community with? We were ranked #4000 in the self-improvement category on Skool 20 days ago and are now at #1516 - a HUGE jump. And I know that's because of the engagement and consistency of all of us here, so I want to double down on my ask to you all in getting others to join (I do not need to know if you 'don't know anyone' or 'don't have anyone to share this with' - that's not what we do here). IF you have people you can share this with and give them a little "omg, this has helped me so much! I love getting my questions answered. It feels like I have access to REAL answers and guidance." etc.

Hey Tyler, I am interested in fitness stuff I just needed a bit of time to get back on my feet again. I want to be physically fit but I’m not that active. I’ll get more consistent with it by time.
