Doesnât need to be pretty, just real. DAILY CHECK-IN POSTS Day 1: Post your setup + what program youâre running Day 2: Workout #1, share 1 win Day 3: 10-minute habit (walk, stretch, hydration) Day 4: Workout #2 Day 5: 2-minute improvement to your gym Day 6: Workout #3 Day 7: Reflection, What worked?
