Simple, clear, and doable.
Most people overthink their home gym.
They wait for more equipment…
They wait for the “perfect program”…
They wait for motivation.
Not here.
This week is the Use What You Have Challenge, a simple 7-day reset built to get you training, posting, and building momentum and consistency.
THE CHALLENGE (7 DAYS)
We’re focusing on THREE things:
1️⃣ Use the equipment you already have
Dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell, cables, whatever is in your space right now.
2️⃣ Get in 3 workouts this week
Simple Workout Template:
- Push: 10 reps (press, pushup, OHP)
- Pull: 10 reps (rows, pulldowns, pulls)
- Legs: 10 reps (squat, lunge, RDL)
Repeat 3 Rounds.
3️⃣ Post your progress
Every day, drop a quick update.
Doesn’t need to be pretty, just real.
DAILY CHECK-IN POSTS
Day 1: Post your setup + what program you’re running
Day 2: Workout #1, share 1 win
Day 3: 10-minute habit (walk, stretch, hydration)

WHY THIS MATTERS
Training at home isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up with what you have and stacking simple wins.
This is how you build real consistency.
This is how you build strength that actually sticks.
This is how you Build the Gym, physically and mentally.
I’ll be doing this right alongside you.
