Sold my rack.
Not because racks aren’t great, they are. But this season called for less friction and more consistency. I’m minimizing my training for the time-being: - Free weights - Open space - Efficiency My PowerBlocks go up to 100, I’ve got kettlebells, and that covers everything I need to stay strong right now. This is a good reminder that the best gym setup isn’t the biggest or most impressive, it’s the one you’ll actually use. Curious to hear from you 👇 If you had to train with no rack for the next 6 months, what would your setup look like?

Woke up early and got some heavy dumbbell work in. Nothing crazy, 4 movements, a few accessory lifts, just focused on turning the intensity up for a couple sets. Rest of the day was exactly what it should be: Big breakfast. Indoor soccer. Fresh quesadillas. Then about 3 hours straight of football, basketball, and baseball in the front yard with the kids. Hope everyone’s enjoying the weekend and finding ways to stay active, even if it doesn’t look “perfect.” Alright… burger time 🍔🔥

I’ve owned a few PowerBlock sets over the years (Sport 50s and Pro 50s), and this version honestly feels like a big upgrade. The handle is thicker, feels premium, and the stand is way better than I expected, that grippy texture and step-in design is legit. Do you need 100s? Not at all. But for anyone leveling up or looking for that next step in their home setup, these might be worth checking out. 🔥 Tuesday Check-In | Minimizing to Maximize
Sold a big piece out of the garage today, feels good to keep simplifying. Minimizing really is the key. The more I clear out, the more focused the training becomes. Got a couple different workouts in today. Nothing crazy, nothing heroic… just easing back into the groove and stacking reps. We’ll catch a good wave of workouts soon, that always happens when you stay consistent. Behind the scenes I’m still building, editing a couple videos, tightening up the content, and working on ways to bring even more value to this community. Appreciate everyone showing up, contributing, and all the new members who’ve jumped in lately, welcome. Tomorrow’s Wednesday. A lot of people start coasting right about now. Let’s keep working, build the gym.
