Seize the day.
Gotta be honest, I’ve been consuming more than creating lately. It’s comfortable. And comfort feels good. But nothing meaningful gets built there. Today’s a reminder to apply pressure again, on the work, on the habits, on myself. Progress doesn’t come from motivation. It comes from showing up when it would be easier not to. So here’s the question: What are you doing today to get a little stronger or better? Lift something. Move your body. Build something. Learn one thing. Keep working. Keep building. ☘️ Build the gym. Strength for families.
🔥 Tuesday Check-In
If you showed up today in any capacity, big or small, call it a win. If you didn’t, the day’s not over. Let’s keep moving forward. 💪🔥
💡How do you talk to yourself?
Change that, and you'll change your life. We beat ourselves up daily, health, money, relationships... all of it. Start loving yourself more. Outnumber the negative with positive. SAY THESE: - I am so happy and grateful that I have a strong, healthy body. - I am so happy and grateful that I have a home gym to show up in every day. - I am so happy and grateful that I have the discipline to stay consistent. - Don't just say it, give it energy. Plant positive seeds. ☘️💪
Monday Vibes!
Started off Monday with ice bath, fasted cardio, and I'm rolling this fast to the 18 hour mark. Love trying to capitalize on my rest days
💡Chosen vs Unchosen Suffering
There are two kinds of suffering in life: unchosen and chosen. Unchosen suffering is when life hits you, loss, setbacks, bad calls, things you never asked for. It’s part of being human. You can’t avoid it. Chosen suffering is when you decide to do the hard thing, wake up early, train when you don’t feel like it, eat clean when it’s easier not to, hold yourself to a higher standard. The crazy thing is, the more chosen suffering you take on, the less unchosen suffering controls you. You start building a shield. When you choose your pain, in the gym, in your habits, in your discipline, you take power away from everything that tries to knock you down. You become the type of person who can handle whatever comes. Build the shield for you and your family. Stand behind it. Control what you can. Build yourself to become a warrior, not a worrier. 👉 What’s one hard thing you can choose today? Keep working hard. #Mindset #StrengthForFamilies #HomeGymHealthClub
