Hi, my fast isn't going very well this time around. My nervous system has been very activated for like a month. I'm struggling to focus on one thing, monkey brain, and I still haven't been able to commit to the fast. I start fasting in the morning and then I get hungry and my feelings are all over the place. And then I eat something, sometimes a salad, sometimes a piece of cake. Maybe this isn't the best time for me to fast? I have a lot going on at my job and other things, byt I also feel my body would benefit from a cleanse. I’m totally confused. I haven't felt this much hunger and anxiety in a long time. And I don't know if I should keep on trying to fast? Do you have any advice, Jojo? ❤️

Now it begins! I made the morning elixir and drank it with joy. It’s very grey outside my window today but at least the inside of my body is fuelled with turmeric sunshine. Today is going to to be a honey dew melon day. Happy detox! 🥰
