Workout session
I truly enjoyed today’s workout session. I had been wanting to start for a while but kept holding back because of my leg pain. It wasn’t easy managing the kids at the same time but I kept going with the kids alongside. Some exercises did trigger pain, so I listened to my body and avoided them. Despite everything, I felt incredibly happy and proud. It feels so good to finally restart my workout journey 🀩🌟 Excited for upcoming sessions with our amazing coach ❀️

Day was kinda good, Alhamdulillah πŸŒ€οΈπŸ’• 🍽️ Meal 1: 6 tbsp boiled rice with mixed lentils (no tarka) + 1 tbsp mango pickle πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Outing with kids: Enjoyed some popcorn 🍿 and 2 bites of vanilla cone 🍦 🍽️ Dinner: 5–6 tbsp rice with 3 tbsp lentils β˜• 1 cup tea with Β½ alsi laddu 🍬 Real life moment: Sweet box came from Pakistan 😭 Those juicy gulab jamun & rasgullay were calling me… πŸ˜’πŸ˜’ Ate just ONE even though dil 3–4 ka tha πŸ₯Ή πŸ’§ Water: 2.5 liters πŸ‘Ÿ Steps: 11k Not perfect, but mindful, active & controlled and that’s what matters. 🌟πŸ’ͺ Consistency over perfection, always 🀍
