Found the REAL Olive Oil I Love in California
I mentioned a few times to a few of you about that one special olive oil company I love in California. I visited their olive oil shop in Los Alamos and tasted a dozen of their options. They imported 500 Koroneiki trees directly from Crete and were the first commercial grower of this varietal in the USA. The Koroneiki olive tree are literally right there growing for you to see when buying. It's a magical experience. For any of you in the USA, this is my favorite option (anything from this company). PS. their labeling looks wildly like Dr. Broners soap (love it). https://www.globalgardensonline.com/products/koroneiki-evoo-california-estate

โœจ๏ธ Allow Me to Introduce Myself... ๐Ÿ˜Š
Hello everyone! My name is Jade, and I reside in the southeastern part of this realm at this time, the Philippines ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ Similar to many of you in here, I have a great passion for 'wholistic' food & nutrition, and strive to discover more about and achieve optimal health. I've spent many years of my late teens and early adulthood dealing with a variety of illnesses (unfortunately), which has in turn catalysed my own quest to guiding my body, mind, and spirit back to true health. I'm still on my recovery journey, but boy am I alive and thriving (at last)! In regards to some of my favourites at this time, food-wise, an AUTHENTIC Crรฉme Brulรฉe can make me very happy โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Œ Cherries have also been a favourite of mine for the longest time! ๐Ÿ’ Choosing my spirit animal, is a bit tricky. As a young girl I've always been fascinated by dolphins ๐Ÿฌ and drawn to ladybirds ๐Ÿž. At the moment I feel some type of 'kin' with sea turtles and cats in general (big ones especially)๐Ÿ˜ธ ๐Ÿ†. I look foreward to interacting and learning with you all! ๐Ÿ˜„

Nano-hydroxyapatite
Shane what are your thoughts on nano-hydroxyapatite? I used to use it often but now I just do every once and a while because I'm afraid the nanoparticles could accumulate in my tissues. I've just heard mixed opinions so I'm not sure.

Great answer! Yea it is the main mineral in natural tooth enamel but I think the concern is the amount, we don't usually swallow lots of liquified nano-tooth particles. Personally I'm just going to keep doing it once a month. Let it sit, as it works with contact time. Then make sure to spit it all out.
Introduction, hi!
Hi there, I'm Nick. ๐Ÿ• What is your Favorite Food? A tree ripened fresh tropical mango, guava, or cacao pod. Nothing like foraging fruit. I build food forests because I love quality fruit so much. ๐Ÿฆซ What is your Spirit Animal? Mountain Goat. Many people have told me this, seperately, ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Where do you Live? Minneapolis,Minnesota ๐Ÿฆโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ What is your Wellness Goal? I have a very mild autoimmune skin condition, hoping to fully get it to go away! Currently learning how much the circadian rhythm has to do with skin health, so I'm focusing on that right now. Also would love to get rid of my gynecomastia, I've had it for 10 years. I'm so healthy and avoid all endocrine disruptors, not sure what's up with that!
Real Vitamin D ๐ŸŸ
Sardines are a good move in the winter when you are not getting enough sunlight. Most people think Vitamin D comes only from pills or rays, but that's just lazy thinking. A small can gives you a solid 200 IU or soโ€”nothing flashy, but reliable, bioavailable, and loaded with extras like omega-3s, protein and calcium. You can make them taste good with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and some pickled peppers (also rich in Vitamin C). Forget the hype around taking mega doses of 4,000 IU. They function more like a bioidentical hormone steroid than a vitamin, and it could be argued that they are not adequately absorbed. Certainly not as absorbable as something like Sardines which also come packed with healthy fats (EPA and DHA) to help transport and utilize the Vitamin D in them. Sardines capture the sun in an edible form, and are a long proven and practiced form of nutrition by ancient long lived cultures. They are easily found in stores as โ€œwild caughtโ€ and don't pretend to be anything they're not. Eat them a couple times a week, handle the deficiency, and let nature do what supplements try and fail to imitate. Simple as that. ๐ŸŸ

I love your breakdown of vitamin D, I was still a bit confused before. I live in Minnesota so I go out in the cold whenever the sun is out for like 5 minutes at a time.
