Hello everyone! My name is Jade, and I reside in the southeastern part of this realm at this time, the Philippines 🇵🇭 Similar to many of you in here, I have a great passion for 'wholistic' food & nutrition, and strive to discover more about and achieve optimal health. I've spent many years of my late teens and early adulthood dealing with a variety of illnesses (unfortunately), which has in turn catalysed my own quest to guiding my body, mind, and spirit back to true health. I'm still on my recovery journey, but boy am I alive and thriving (at last)!

In regards to some of my favourites at this time, food-wise, an AUTHENTIC Créme Brulée can make me very happy ☺️👌 Cherries have also been a favourite of mine for the longest time! 🍒 Choosing my spirit animal, is a bit tricky. As a young girl I've always been fascinated by dolphins 🐬 and drawn to ladybirds 🐞. At the moment I feel some type of 'kin' with sea turtles and cats in general (big ones especially)😸 🐆.
