Can you please explain to me what Option D is?? I've been in therapy for 2 years and honestly feel like my Eating Disorder is worse than ever so I'm going to opt for the Foundation Fast just to get me going - then move onto the stability fast and end up on the Metabolic Fast - I think i'm going to fit this all into my first week - I KNOW I can do the 16:8 because I've recently done it on my own before without any hassles but also without any support. Am happy for anybody to suggest otherwise to me but I intend to start tomorrow on my day 1!!!! So incredibly excited to have found this group - here's to the new me!!!! Thank you xx

@Dr. Anita McDaniel Thanks Anita - I'd never heard of the Circadian fast - not sure that would work for me at this point in time hahahaha - but I'm so ready to go with my choices xoxoxox

1️⃣ Hi everybody - I'm Moosh - a South African girl who relocated to the UK 17 years ago. 2️⃣ I've been searching for a support system and found Dr Anita McDaniel and here I am - I'm already feeling safe and supported! 3️⃣ To stop thinking like a dieter - it's doing my head in!! 4️⃣ I'm not giving up - I will beat this disorder and find my peace! 5️⃣ I need all the help I can get - I've been told fasting is wrong but I've proved to myself that my disorder is alive and well not matter what I do - I believe in the concept of fasting and have tried it (albeit not for long) but there was no support system so I have a good feeling now about a 2nd attempt .................. 6️⃣ A Fun Fact - I live with two four legged free loaders hahahaha - I'd prefer dogs but these two pussy cats of mine just won't have it! Is there a recommended protein intake? I'm afraid since working with a nutrition coach who worked with macros I've become addicted to counting protein and it's doing my head in so any help in that regard is much appreciated! :)

I believe in the concept of fasting but as an emotional binge eater I've been warned against it - nothing else has worked so here I am!!!
