Introduction
Hy everyone. My name is Marie and I am 43. I live in South of France. I come from plant based work on consciousness, and breathwork . I am very committed to helping rehabilitate the natural and usually underestimated intelligence of the Body. I am new to "biohacking" and I feel ready to dive deeper into the intelligence of my own body with Hololife tools (nutrition and physical exercise mostly). One thing about me, maybe, would be that I live in a yurt in the forest with my (unschooled) 5yo son, we have no current water ( yet) and are enjoying our daily bath at the wild river. 15 years ago, I used to live in Paris, as an artist, smoking 1 pack of cigarettes per day, drinking wine every single evening, for years. I managed to quit all of this through consistent intention calibration, taping into an intuitive wisdom, feeling that "something" inside me would eventually shift, and it did, through patience, deep acceptance, trust, radical self transparency, surrender to the Heart, and talking to the Stars. So here I am. Eager to learn. I join Hololife academy not from a fear-based need of control, but from an impulse to honor our Humanness, and help reveal the Almighty Technology we already are. 😊🦋

I used to have a stopwatch in my shower for this exact purpose. Turns out the cheap ones are not waterproof. 😭 With the stopwatch it was easy to do 2 minutes. Without it I loose sense of time completely. I could experiment with counting the seconds tho. 🤔 Oh yeah, I almost forgot: mission complete! ✌️
