š¾ A Guardian at the Threshold
Last night, one of the strays I feed ā a little cat named Cali ā stretched herself along my porch wall, right across from my front door. She wasnāt looking for food or calling out⦠just resting there, perfectly still, eyes half-open, like she was keeping watch. The moment caught me. Because spiritually, cats are threshold keepers. They sense energy before we do. They sit where the seen and unseen meet. Her placement ā high on the wall, facing my door ā felt like a message: āIām holding the doorway while you transition.ā It wasnāt protection from danger, but rather a calm assurance: something new is moving toward you, and Iāve got eyes on it. Cats often appear when energy is shifting ā when weāre about to step through an invisible gate in our journey. Cali reminded me that not every guardian stands tall or roars loudly. Some simply lay across a boundary line and purr the message: āYouāre safe to open the next door.ā āØIf youāve been feeling the quiet hum of change lately, maybe this is your sign too ā that the Universe already has gentle eyes watching over your path. š¬ Reflection Prompt: What threshold are you standing at right now? And what gentle guardian might be reminding you that itās safe to cross?
