We've set up an automation inside of GHL with the "Make AI Call" trigger. We've put the assistants ID, but when adding a contact to the automation it's not making any call in assistable. We have imported a phone number successfully into assistable, but inside of the call logs in assistable no call shown. In the automation in GHL it says "Action execution successfully for assistant_call with version 2.7". What is missing/wrong here?

Is there any possibility to access custom object data inside the assistant for the outbound voice ai?

All upstream, downstream and platform calling errors have been cleared --- calls should be going out by your proper purchased number instead of a fallback, call rejection should be fine and uptime is solid. The last thing are effected accounts from compliance and imported numbers intermittently -- we are working on this with a patch for full production soon. Account effected by compliance, we will be manually doing it for you so no action needed on your part. Biggest thing has always been quality assurance and uptime and this should set us up for quite some time with a lot of protection against upstream and downstream vendors as well. Try something for me... So, we recently went live with our marketplace app in the GHL marketplace. No biggy right? Since, there have been users who have experienced outbound calls not going out. Typically, my brain always defaults to delete (turn off) and create (turn back on) - so I deleted the make ai call workflow action, saved the workflow, and then re-added it and wa-la. calls going through. Steps without all the yappin': 1. Go to the workflow 2. Delete your Make AI Call action 3. Save the workflow and exit the workflow 4. Click back into the workflow, add the make ai call action back with your assistant id 5. run the contact through the workflow Try this and let me know if this works if you have having trouble with outbound.

I setup my assistant, bought a phone number and created an automation in GHL with an AI Call. I placed the ID in the action. The workflow starts when a form is submitted. Everytime I fill out the form, the lead enters the workflow, the steps are all successfully finished, but I don't receive any calls. In Assistable I see the calls, but they are all unanswered. When I go to the call list they all have the status "Error" with the reason "Dial failed". What's wrong here? Can anybody help?
