No more 808, no more outbound call errors

All upstream, downstream and platform calling errors have been cleared --- calls should be going out by your proper purchased number instead of a fallback, call rejection should be fine and uptime is solid.

The last thing are effected accounts from compliance and imported numbers intermittently -- we are working on this with a patch for full production soon. Account effected by compliance, we will be manually doing it for you so no action needed on your part.

Biggest thing has always been quality assurance and uptime and this should set us up for quite some time with a lot of protection against upstream and downstream vendors as well.
