Hey guys, We added a cool feature - one that has been requested for a long time, so sorry for the wait :D You can now see and download all your order history in Reports. This is good to see your progress and also for accountancy purposes. You can now also top up your PrintShrimp account and pay with a wallet balance. To turn this on, go to settings, top up your wallet balance, and set payment type to Wallet. In the future, you will be able to automate importing and placing orders automatically if you turn this on. Our Bulk Listing software will also be released in the next week or so, which is a huge change and will make your lives a lot easier :) If you want anything added to the stats page, comment below and if it's useful we can add it!

Had another order unable to import.. managed to do it manually. thought i'd just let you guys know just so in the future if you guys can prevent it, personally dont mind doing it manually but just incase other people are bothered. @Tom Beeston @Max Murray @Mihai Volintiriu

Message for attention of the PrintShrimp team. Very interestingly, I've only recently started using underscores (_) in my SKUs in Etsy, despite using them incessantly in other aspects of life. However, PrintShrimp SKUs don't accept them. It's a very standard character. Is there any possibility of this being changed? It's reassuring to see that when I substituted underscores for hyphens, the order import system is intelligent enough to convert them, but I still see this as being a surprising workflow issue in the future.

Hi so I'm new here and I've been creating my Etsy shop, and reached the section where you can choose to enable selling to GSPR states. I asked Claude AI which I'm using as an assistant, and it said to list PrintShrimp as an economic partner (in addition to a production partner). Does this seem correct? If so, I believe a need a phone number for PrintShrimp but cannot see one on the website. Can I receive a phone number to use on here? Thanks
