Does anyone know how to disconnect an Etsy store from Print Shrimp? For some reason after the glitch yesterday, the wrong shop has connected to the wrong Print Shrimp account and I need to swap it back, but can't see a way to disconnect.

Personally, 500 listings and average 50 daily visits. Currently running no ads.

What does everyone have as their processing times? I don’t seem to be meeting the Etsy standards even though I process all my orders the same day

What is your experience regarding the sold product: do customers prefer to buy a digital download file to print out themselves or finished printout (with frame) ?

Hi everyone, I just had my first order placed on my Etsy shop! However when I try to integrate my Etsy shop to PrintShrimp this error message keeps appearing. Does anyone know what I can do about this? Thanks in advance!
