🎤 BUILD YOUR SPEECH CHALLENGE Day 1: Why You Need a Speech Welcome to Day 1 of the Build Your Speech Challenge using my 5T FLY Framework. Before we write a single line, we need to answer one foundational question: Why does every leader, coach, and brand need a speech? 1️⃣ A Speech Is Not Just for the Stage A speech is your core message—the one idea you are known for. You may never step on a traditional stage, but you are speaking every day: - On social media - In sales conversations - On Zoom calls - In workshops and trainings - In classrooms, pulpits, boardrooms, and podcasts Your speech becomes the engine behind all of it. 2️⃣ The Many Use Cases of One Strong Speech One well-built speech can be: - A keynote - A workshop - A dinner conversation - A masterclass - A signature training - A sales presentation - A TED-style talk - A content generator for posts, reels, emails, and podcasts When your speech is clear, everything else gets easier. 3️⃣ Consistency Creates Credibility The most trusted brands don’t keep changing what they say, they keep refining how they say it. When you repeat the same core message: - People remember you - Your confidence grows - Your authority increases - Your audience begins to quote you Consistency turns your message into a movement. 4️⃣ This Is Where the 5T FLY Framework Comes In Over the next few days, we’ll use the 5T FLY Framework to build a speech you can reuse, refine, and monetize: - Touch – Your story that connects - Teach – Your message that transforms - Toss – Your call to action - Top It Off – Your emotional close - Tip – Your brandable takeaway By the end of this challenge, you won’t just have a speech… You’ll have a system. 🔥 TODAY’S ACTION (COMMENT BELOW) Answer these questions: 1. I am a realtor, and I like what I do. I want my voice to be heard more with family. I have a few nephews, there is no strong male role model in their lives. I pray that I can be that voice to help guide them in positive ways.
NYN Challenge Day 4 - Do You Promise?
You made it to day 4 Playmakers which means you are doing more than most! Congrats!!!🎊 🎉 One of the later concepts we teach in our academy is delivering on your BIG PROMISE. Today I want you to share or create your BIG PROMISE STATEMENT and drop it in the comments. The FORMULA is simple. Choose a product, service or keynote talk then make us a promise that states: ————————————————————— 💥 Big GOAL + SHOCK Statement + Milestone without PAIN POINT. ————————————————————— Example: Get Pro-Athlete Physical Shape in 30 days without putting in hours at the Gym or spending Pro-Athlete Money This can be for your product, service, or even pitch for the outcome of your keynote message or professional development sessions. Some will say, but idk if if can promise an outcome… well what can you promise, and if there are no guaranteed outcomes why would a person work with you or why are you offering false hope or why is that product, service or talk even in your menu as an offer? Today make your big promise here, even if you have to then go back and make a service or product to match it. 💥 IN COMMENTS POST 💥 Goal = _______________ Shock = _____________ Milestone = _________ Pain point = _________ I [Goal] + [Shock] in [milestone] without [Pain Point] *** or some form of this statement. NYN Challenge Day 3 - Show and Tell
DAY 3 — SHOW & TELL ✈️🔥 Today is all about SHOWING your progress, not proving your perfection. Yesterday you ate the frog and took a bite of your elephant… Now I want you to show your receipts. 📸 POST a photo or screenshot of the action you took yesterday. It could be: - a message you sent - a draft you started - a slide you built - a client convo - a page of notes - a system you created - a small win you captured Whatever it is — SHOW IT. Because here’s the truth ⬇️ Progress beats perfection. Momentum beats motivation. Taking action beats overthinking. We don’t “wait until the plane is finished”… We build the plane AS we fly. That’s how every speaker, coach, entrepreneur, and world-changer gains altitude. You know from reading some of the comments, I think I am playing it safe with my goals. You guys are showing me I need to stretch myself. The goals I have set and the things I am doing I KNOW I can achieve them. I will not grow unless I become uncomfortable. I need to be comfortable being uncomfortable. Thanks for opening my eyes
NYN Challenge: Day 2 - Today We Eat 🍽️
So one of my favorite quotes is by Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu who says, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…today share with us 1 step you will take TODAY to achieve the goal you mentioned yesterday… actually not a step a BITE! Share in the comments 1 Bite into your goal. There are two classic productivity principles to consider EAT THE FROG AND BITE THE ELPHANT!‼️ 🐸 1. Eat That Frog Brian Tracy book that teaches that the “frog” is your biggest, ugliest, most important task — the one you keep avoiding. And the secret? 👉 Do it FIRST, and do it IN THE MORNING! Before the calls… Before the emails… Before the excuses. When you eat your frog early, everything else feels lighter. 🐘 2. How to Eat an Elephant You’ve heard the phrase: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” Your long-term goals for this challenge, books, courses, coaching programs, speaking tours, aren’t achieved in one huge leap. They’re achieved in consistent, DAILY BITES. My frog and my elephant are the same, I want to get my broker's license in real estate as of today, I have started to do the course after I finish my daily devotions. I find that doing that hour first thing in the morning, I am more focused to complete the task.
